Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at b5999 is ৳500. We support the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh for deposits:

The deposit amount will be credited to your account as quickly as possible. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and it must be registered in your own name.

3.3 Fraudulent Activity

If any chargeback, unauthorised transaction, or suspected fraud is detected, b5999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account until the investigation is complete. In cases of confirmed fraud, b5999 reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit the balance.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

b5999 offers a 120% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• The bonus can only be claimed once.
• Bets placed with bonus funds will count toward the wagering requirement.
• Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• b5999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if it is obtained through fraudulent means.
• The platform reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

VIP Program & Rewards

5.1 VIP Tiers

The b5999 VIP program has three tiers. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play:

• Bronze Tier — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Silver Tier — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Gold Tier — Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

5.2 VIP Benefit Conditions

VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. In any dispute regarding VIP tiers or rewards, b5999's decision will be considered final. The platform reserves the right to modify the VIP structure, and updated terms will apply after any change.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

b5999 believes in fair play. If any user is found using bots, automation software, collusion, or any other unfair method, their account will be closed immediately and any winnings will be considered void.

The applicable odds and rules for sports betting apply separately to each event.
